We're looking for full and part time support workers to join our ever growing dedicated staff team.


 The ideal applicant will need to be enthusiastic, kind and caring with an empathic approach to care and support, we provide excellent support to those with learning disabilities and complex support needs.


 Experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given to the right candidate.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Supporting adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour in small Supported living services.

 

Working on a shift basis including alternating weekends and sleep-in duties.

 

Supporting individuals with varying levels of Learning disability, Autism, and Mental Health issues. 

.

Supporting Service Users with;

- Personal Care

- Emotional & Psychological Support

- Communication

- Daily Living Skills and developing independence

- Educational, Occupational and Leisure Activities

- Active Support

- Health and Fitness

REQUIREMENTS

All posts are subject to an Enhanced DBS Check and satisfactory references.

 

The Ideal Candidate would ideally be able to drive but this is not a requirement

We provide all mandatory training for all staff and , giving them the skills required to provide high quality care in people’s homes.
