An exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident and active individual with excellent organisation and leadership skills, who will be able to manage and oversee the day to day running of the care and support for service users with learning disabilities and mental health issues.
The right applicant should be trained to a Level 3 in Health and Social Care although full support and training will be given to the successful candidate.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Supporting adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour in a small Supported living services.
Managing the daily running of a supported living service, including the leadership, development and supervision of all staff.
Working on a shift basis including alternating weekends and sleep-in duties.
Supporting individuals with varying levels of Learning disability, Autism, and Mental Health issues.

REQUIREMENTS
Hold a minimum of level 3 Health & Social Care NVQ/Diploma
All posts are subject to an Enhanced DBS Check and satisfactory references.
The Ideal Candidate would be able to drive but this is not essential

We provide all mandatory training for all staff and , giving them the skills required to provide high quality care in people’s homes.
